Introduction

Dr. Tobin is a co-founder of the Divine Mercy Clinic, the go-to Catholic mental health center in the archdiocese of Los Angeles. He primarily works from a psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approach, but also integrates other modalities according to the need of the client. In therapy, Dr. Tobin is compassionate and engaged, bringing a depth of insight and feedback to help clients gain clarity and self-knowledge. He approaches therapy with an incarnational approach, believing the most healing occurs in the context of relationship. Dr. Tobin is Christ-centered, and believes that relationship with God is the most significant factor in one's mental and emotional health.
