Thank you for visiting! Deciding to start therapy is a big step, and finding a therapist that you connect with can feel like an overwhelming process. My first priority when meeting with a new client is to establish a therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe and able to communicate. I often use humor in my work and very much enjoy the process of getting to know each of my client's unique personalities and strengths. Our work together supports you in creating and reaching goals, decreasing problematic symptoms, and living a more fulfilling life. I work with adults and couples on issues that range from stress and adjustment disorders, relationship struggles, family concerns, and mood disorders (and many things in between)! My approach to therapeutic work is eclectic and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices and integrating holistic perspectives. Please note, my practice is entirely virtual.
