Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. If you are struggling and life feels impossible, you are not alone. I specialize in a supportive strength-based, Solution Focused Therapy, approach that identifies how social, cultural, and religiospiritual messages can support you towards your life goals. I am particularly versed in assisting those belonging to the global majority (BIPOC) struggling with limited resources, as well as racial and cultural stressors. I actively explore the biopsychosociospiritual influences grounded in an inclusive, intersectional Feminist Family Therapy framework. I believe in the importance of unconditional care, positive regard, as well as the courage to explore difficult and painful experiences in a safe and validating environment. Everyone is deserving of connection, hope, engagement, and empowerment in their journey of healing as well as confidence in their influence on their relationships and world. I’ve worked with clients, couples, and families and have seen countless success stories. I am confident you can be one of them and I look forward to providing meaningful services to you.
