In therapy with me, we'll work together to guide you on the journey of recognizing, understanding, and overcoming challenges that impact your life. I’m trained in both a psychodynamic approach, where we focus on how you interact with the world, as well as intensively train in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In treatment, we’ll address problematic patterns – past and present – using an integrative approach as well as provide you with skills to manage the immediate challenges you face. Fundamentally, I believe that once real insight is gained, we can change how we react to stressors and the world as a whole.
