In addition to OCD and Anxiety related disorders, I also have extensive experience working with Major Depressive Disorder. Depression can rob you of positive moments, make the simplest of chores feel overwhelming, and change the way you view yourself and your life. My aim is to help you get back to the things you love, improve your outlook on life and help you feel better about yourself. I utilize gold-standard treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I provide individual treatment for all ages in person and via telehealth (locally and throughout the state of CA).
