I work with those struggling with mental health concerns, relationship issues, or families struggling with adolescent-related conflicts. My main goal is for you to leave my office feeling prepared to tackle whatever issue life throws your way. Treatment can be brief and solution-focused, or more intensive for those who wish to dig deeper. Either way, you determine the course of your treatment. I primarily practice Jungian psychodynamic therapy which is an insight-based therapy. I also utilize mindfulness-based therapy DBT in treating personality and/or emotional disorders.
