Introduction

In my practice, I assist individuals facing various challenges, including relationship difficulties, quality-of-life concerns, and aspirations for personal growth and mental well-being. My therapeutic approach encompasses Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral therapies, complemented by supportive interventions. Integration Psychology empowers patients by addressing their most pressing needs. Throughout my career, I have provided psychological assessments, individual therapy, and group psychotherapies in diverse settings, including educational institutions, community mental health facilities, medical hospitals, psychiatric units, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs and PHPs), and substance abuse treatment programs. My expertise is in providing individual psychotherapy to adults. I accept private pay and can provide a “superbill” upon request. This is an itemized receipt for reimbursement purposes, should you wish to submit a claim to your PPO insurance provider.
