Introduction

I am delighted that you have ventured to my homepage. My name is Raffaela, and I have worked in the mental health field for the last two decades. Throughout my journey working with clients, I have tried out many different modalities. None of them have been as holistic and inclusive as Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS is an integrative, non-pathologizing approach that focuses on the inner world, healing parts of us that have been burdened and reconnecting with the Self-led system.
