Welcome! My name is Dr. Rachelle and I provide a practical and strategic approach to changing your experience of anxiety. When worry or anxiety shows up, it can be demanding and feel relentless. Clients often describe their experience of anxiety as a fight within themselves, and that most their attempts to get away from worry and fear are only temporary solutions. You might feel scared, stuck in the same pattern, and exhausted by it all. My approach is short-term (usually 10 sessions or less) and centered on teaching you creative strategies to help you go towards what you want to get your life back from anxiety and enjoy it.
