Introduction

I specialize in life transitions, trauma, improving parenting skills, and transitions in caregivers in foster care or adoptions. One of my particular passions and areas of expertise is supporting families through medical issues, whichever family member is diagnosed. I enjoy working with all families on improving communication and general functioning, as well as individually with tweens and teenagers to young adults as they transition to adulthood or struggle with a broad range of emotional struggles. I use a strength-focused and family-centered approach that creates a plan that fits with your family’s needs to help you achieve your goals. I believe the therapist and the family works as a team to improve communication skills, creating a family plan, and increase harmony in the family. You don't need to struggle alone. I would love to talk more about how we can work together to improve workability in your life and get you living more fully!
