I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, who is authorized to provide teletherapy in 39 states, including PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, and NY. In addition, I have provided services in outpatient, forensic, residential, and research settings for over 20 years. Currently, I serve individuals who’re struggling with depression, trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, work/life balance, cultural diversity-related concerns, and adjustment. I also have clinical expertise in psychological assessment of ADHD; cognitive ability; emotional, behavioral, and learning disorders; and ACT 120/235 evaluations. In my therapy work, I embrace an integration of Psychodynamic and Systems therapies. I seek to help clients understand the impact of their unconscious wishes and drives on their functioning; identify and hone the coping strategies that they have available to them; and increase insight into the systemic contributions to the development and worsening of their presenting problems. From there, we are able to embark on a journey of positive change that includes learning new skills for effective coping and improving their quality of life. Often this requires flexibility in my use of techniques. Thus, I have been known to integrate skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ***Therapy is provided for individuals 16 years and above. ***Coming Soon: Testing services are available for individuals 8 years and above. ***Free 15-minute consultations to discuss services are available upon request.
