Introduction

I am a licensed mental health counselor associate working under the supervision of Dr. Ziv Bell (a psychologist at Mercer Island Therapy). I have advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), including exposure and response prevention (ERP), behavioral therapy, parent training, and family-based cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also trained and certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I am experienced in working with youth and families with complex developmental, medical, and psychological needs and strongly value partnering with caregivers to improve outcomes for the entire family system. I specialize in providing evidence-based assessments and treatments for youth with anxiety and co-occurring disorders in addition to anxiety. I received my PsyD in clinical psychology from the School of Graduate Psychology at Pacific University where I was a member of the child and adolescent emphasis track. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Denver Health Medical Center. I am multilingual in Hindi and Punjabi. My diverse clinical experiences as well as my identity as a second generation Indian immigrant facilitate my ability to tailor evidence-based interventions using a multicultural lens.
