I am a clinical psychologist doing teletherapy from Ocala, Florida, enabling me to treat anyone who resides in Florida. Research and my personal experience show that teletherapy is generally as effective as in-person, but with the added convenience and privacy. My specialties include the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. I have a lot of experience with all age ranges from adolescence and up. My approach to therapy is fairly eclectic, but very patient-centered and more cognitive-behavioral. I strongly believe that forming a very strong therapeutic relationship is key to making significant change.
