Welcome to Reconnect Psychotherapy! We’re here to offer you compassionate care and expert guidance as you work towards mental wellness. Our goal is to provide compassionate, culturally responsive psychotherapy to members of the LGBTQIA+ and Latinx communities in the state of Illinois. Our practice comprises a team of licensed clinical psychologists with expertise in various specialties, committed to excellence in mental health care. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and delivering exceptional quality of care. Our focus is on creating a safe, nurturing space where you can talk about your concerns, build coping skills, and make positive changes. Our services are offered in both English and Spanish through Telehealth, ensuring accessibility for our diverse clientele. We are committed to holistic healing, combining evidence-based treatments with culturally competent care to support your unique journey toward wellness. We offer individual therapy, couples and family counseling, and a range of specialized treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), along with other mindfulness-based approaches.
