With over 25 years of experience and a tool bag of diverse therapy methods, I have been able to help may people feel at peace with their past, secure in the present and calmly open to the future. I believe that you are the expert on you, I have learned a lot in my professional career, and that if we put our heads together, we can find ways to help you thrive. Therapy is definitely not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. Together, we develop strategies and goals that work specifically for you. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and can answer any questions you may have about this modality. A telephone screening is required of all prospective clients prior to appointment setting. This call is generally 15 minutes and is free of charge.
