Introduction

Are you finding it difficult to set boundaries with yourself and those around you? Experiencing feelings of imposter syndrome or struggling with achieving confidence in your own individual identity? It’s time to uncover who you are, the values that are important to you, and how to minimize life’s frustrations by taking control of your own life. My solution-focused approach is not effective for those who treat therapy simply as a place to complain, it works for those who are willing to analyze themselves, take responsibility for what isn’t working, and commit to actionable change. I offer a straight-to-the point approach when it comes to therapy which works well for those who are willing to put in the work and dig deep to make real changes in their personal and professional lives. I assist with a wide range of mental health issues and life’s challenges, but am especially effective at working with clients who are experiencing specific conflicts in their professional lives and would like help navigating ways to better address these problems. With over 15 years in the field and being someone of Asian Indian Origin, I have a multicultural perspective and work well with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. The feedback I provide in sessions is no-nonsense and can offer you the tools to challenge your negative thought patterns and help gain insight into the root cause of the issue. To see change in your life, you must learn to take control of how you respond to life’s frustrations. Rather than dancing around tough subjects in a seemingly never-ending cycle, I prefer to tackle your problems head on with direct and honest guidance. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. Working collaboratively with you, I help to examine your life choices, problem management skills, and support you through the difficult process of implementing effective change in your life.
