Introduction

Hi, I am Dr. Naz. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate with a Doctoral Degree in Education. I have a passion for psychoeducation and believe me being human, a mother, wife, daughter, and sister makes me the therapist I am today. I was born in New York City and raised in Plano, Texas. I am still in Plano, Texas with my husband, two sons, and daughter. Often times I am asked why I became a therapist and why I do what I do. The answer for me is simple: I love people and I love my job. I love watching the growth and the potential that each and every one of us have already inside us. I believe wholeheartedly that people can change, because I have seen it over and over again. I believe that change is constantly surrounding us, whether we realize it or not. I would love to help facilitate changes as you see fit for your own life, by instilling hope and strength into your everyday life and relationships. As a Solution Focused Therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns.
