Introduction

Are you yearning for more fulfillment in your life? More peace, joy, and hope? Sometimes, just existing can feel like an uphill battle. Do you ever wake up each morning merely going through the motions, putting on a façade of contentment while grappling with inner turmoil? Perhaps you're wrestling with feelings of being stuck, haunted by past traumas, or weighed down by grief and disappointment. You deserve more than mere survival. It's time to reclaim your power! I'm here to create a therapeutic space where growth and self-assurance flourish. My approach to therapy is anything but cookie-cutter. I believe in embracing a diverse range of techniques tailored to your unique needs because, let's face it, one size never fits all in therapy. It's okay to feel vulnerable or hesitant about seeking support. But it takes courage and self-compassion to take that first step towards understanding your own story. I'm here to offer the support, guidance, and tools you need to initiate positive change and achieve your life's aspirations. You're not alone on this journey. Together, we can confront your fears, overcome obstacles, and pave the way for a brighter, more fulfilling future. As part of our commitment to ethical practice and maintaining the integrity of therapeutic relationships, Shifting Paradigms Counseling, PLLC focuses solely on individualized client care and does not offer third-party documentation for various purposes. Shifting Paradigms Counseling, PLLC does not engage in providing documentation for legal proceedings as advised by attorneys, assessments, academic concerns, emotional support animals, child and family services, or disability claims. The priority remains providing high-quality mental health support tailored to the unique needs of each client served. Insurance I am currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna, and Headway supports the seamless filing of insurance claims for my clients in Hawaii, Michigan, and Texas.
