Introduction

You may be feeling stuck and completely overwhelmed. You've been struggling to cope and have been burnt out lately. You're always anxious and even little things seem like a catastrophe. You've noticed that you're extra hard on yourself and struggle with the sense that deep down you're not good enough. You're having a hard time in your relationships and wonder if you're the problem because you're lonely and disconnected or can't stop ruminating and feeling insecure. You're tired of people pleasing, overachieving, and are ready to heal from past trauma. If any of these statements resonate with you, let's figure things out together. I specialize in working with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and self esteem in college students and young(ish) professionals. My goal as we work together is for you to feel seen, understood, and not judged. We'll explore current patterns and process painful parts of your past that prevent you from making changes in your work, relationships, and daily life. My approach helps you build awareness and confidence by fostering a space for mindfulness, deep connections, and self-acceptance. I'm collaborative, reassuring, and down to earth as I challenge you to unlearn messages and strategies that are no longer working for you. Reach out via email for a free consult to ask questions and see how we could work together!
