“I’m an eating disorder, trauma, OCD, and anxiety expert committed to helping those of all genders learn how to build healthier relationships with food and their bodies and heal from trauma. My work focuses on targeting unhealthy habits and making powerful, life changing new insights. I believe in taking a compassionate, collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
