Introduction

Congratulations on taking an important step in your journey to wellness! I am a licensed psychologist in NY and NJ who is also certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional. Over the last 12+ years I have provided services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing academic challenges, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, major life transitions, anxiety, and depression. Sessions primarily utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach and integrate acceptance and mindfulness techniques to achieve the most optimal outcomes. In addition, the Griffith Psychological team offers services including psychological and academic evaluations, consultation and advocacy support associated with academic and behavioral performance. If you are seeking a warm and collaborative environment with competent, friendly, culturally sensitive, and compassionate providers, certainly contact us. To make therapy more accessible we provide services to clients in New York and New Jersey vía a virtual platform. This will allow you to balance the demands of life while prioritizing your well-being.
