My counseling style is eclectic giving my clients an opportunity to receive treatment customized to their specific needs. I am humorous, patient, understanding, and an excellent listener. I have over 18 years of experience as an addictions counselor and provide services to individuals experiencing a wide range of issues such as depression, PTSD, anxiety, sexual assault, domestic violence, and other mental health concerns, I know change is possible. My greatest desire as a therapist is to assist clients through their journey of healing by providing them the necessary support to thrive! As a current member of the US military I have extensive knowledge of military and veteran issues. In addition I have experience working with perpetrators and victims of violent crimes.
