Together, we can help you discover the courage to face your past, but more importantly, learn to sit with it. My goal as your counselor is to make you feel safe, comfortable, and respected. I'm a bilingual Spanish speaker; I understand the ways culture informs our views of ourselves, and the complex challenges across generations. Therapy provides the opportunity to reclaim your strength using therapeutic tools and evidence-based practices. In therapy, we may use a variety of techniques that include symptom monitoring, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Expressive Therapies to accomplish your goal during our time together.
