Introduction

With a PhD in intercultural studies and 25+ years of experience helping people heal and grow, I guide clients toward lasting transformation. I use a holistic framework I call Full Integrated Transformation (FIT). It uses tools to cultivate psychosocial, spiritual, and physical well-being. I'd be honored to walk with you toward deeper healing, growth, and hope. ANXIETY & DEPRESSION Anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming—but they also hold an invitation to deeper healing. Using tools like CBT, breathing exercises, the Pennebaker journaling protocol, and IFS, I help clients explore both symptom relief and root transformation. We honor how your coping mechanisms once protected you, while learning to respond in ways that bring lasting peace. Through the FIT framework, you'll gain clarity, regulate emotion, and restore energy. Healing isn't just about relief—it's about reclaiming purpose and joy. COUPLES & MARRIAGE Every relationship faces tension—but conflict can become the path to deeper intimacy. Using the science of the Gottmans, Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Stan Tatkin’s work on attachment and nervous system regulation, I help couples heal patterns, communicate clearly, and restore connection. FIT integrates practical tools—like guided check-ins, emotional regulation practices, and vision-setting—for building joy, resilience, and trust. You’ll learn to turn toward each other again with compassion, and co-create a future worth celebrating. FAITH-BASED WORK For clients who desire it, a Christ-centered perspective can be woven into any area of work—whether counseling teens, adults, or couples. Rather than separating faith from emotional and relational growth, we integrate them. Together, we can strengthen your relationship with Christ as the foundation for healing, drawing from practices shaped by the Twelve Principles of Full Integrated Transformation. These spiritual disciplines nurture hope, wisdom, and resilience. Even when past faith experiences feel insufficient—or marked by confusion or harm—there is space here to rebuild trust in God and grow into a deeper, more embodied wholeness through His presence. TEENS & YOUTH 12+ Adolescence is hard—but also full of possibility. I help teens build resilience, manage emotions, and grow healthy relationships using trauma-informed tools like IFS, CBT, expressive journaling, and motivational coaching. Whether they face anxiety, disconnection, or self-doubt, we uncover passion, set goals, and develop real-life tools to overcome obstacles. The FIT model supports teens in finding passion and experiencing the hope that they can shape a meaningful future—one step at a time. HEALING CHILDHOOD TRAUMA Many adults carry unresolved pain from childhood—abuse, neglect, alcoholism, or emotional chaos. These early traumas often birth coping strategies that now show up as people-pleasing, avoidance, addiction, or relationship struggles. Together, we gently explore the stories your body and mind still carry. Using IFS, somatic practices, psychodynamic insight, and journaling tools, we honor how those strategies once kept you safe—and learn how to transform them into strength. With the FIT model, healing becomes a journey toward freedom, connection, and wholeness. MEN & DIVORCE Divorce is more than a legal process—it reshapes identity, home, faith, fatherhood, and more. I offer men a space to grieve, grow, and rebuild with integrity. Drawing from evidence-based therapies and my own experience working with men in transition, we confront shame, restore confidence, and create meaning. FIT’s holistic lens integrates emotional health, purpose, relationships, and embodied resilience—so you’re not just surviving divorce but using it as a turning point for transformation to become stronger, wiser, and more whole. * SLIDING PAYMENT option available for a limited number of clients.
