An essential part of working towards your mental health goals is to have a positive therapeutic relationship in which you feel respected, validated, and understood. I collaborate with clients to create a safe space as you embark on your journey towards improved mental health. I am passionate about working with clients who are open to making positive changes and increasing insight. I treat adults ages 18+ presenting with a wide range of issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief, identity development, ADHD, relationship problems, cultural issues, life transitions, and chronic health difficulties. I am trained as a generalist and have an eclectic approach to therapy with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, self-compassion, and mindfulness. I use various therapeutic approaches to individualize treatment for each client and their unique mental health goals
