Introduction

For over 20 years, I’ve helped people not only heal — but truly redefine the way they see themselves. Because real change doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken — it comes from remembering, rebuilding, and reclaiming who you are. As a licensed psychotherapist with a doctorate in psychology and advanced certification in EMDR therapy, I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, and life transitions. But my work goes deeper than treating symptoms. I help clients dismantle the unconscious beliefs and internal narratives that have shaped their identity, and guide them in developing a strong, grounded sense of self — because everything else flows from that. In our work together, clients often shift from feeling hopeless or stuck to feeling empowered and clear. That’s because I don’t offer band-aids. I offer a safe, compassionate space to get to the root of what’s holding you back, uncover the truth of who you are, and build a life that reflects that truth. My approach combines science, psychology, and spirituality — not in a surface way, but in a way that helps people experience real, lasting transformation. I meet every person with deep respect, humility, and a belief that you are not broken — you may just be disconnected from your true self. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start living from a place of clarity, strength, and authenticity, I’m here to walk that path with you.
