I studied what helps people feel happy, accomplished, and live a balanced life during periods of transition and adjustment. My methods aim to implement these findings to help improve people’s sense of well being by helping individuals foster personal agency, positive self-esteem, and meaningful connections with others. Focusing on the things you do best to help you go through emotional discomfort and make additional gains, this approach can help you perform better emotionally, socially, professionally and/or athletically, depending on your goals.
