Introduction

My hope is to help you through the journey by coaching, encouraging, challenging, and supporting you through your next transition. I believe in having an open, authentic, and solution-focused relationship with you. I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals, regain control, and build trust that you can make the changes that you want. We all lead busy lives and it is important that you take care of yourself! I also offer telehealth sessions so you don't need to leave the comfort of your home or office! Anxiety, depression, self worth, identity issues, and other life stressors appear when we least expect them. I work with clients through a strength-based lens, focusing on client resiliency and motivation. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from different backgrounds and presenting concerns, including anxiety. I work hard to support children/adolescents, LGBTQ+, and those that serve in healthcare, law enforcement, and first responders. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy which works directly to reprogram the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.
