Introduction

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and certified school psychologist committed to helping individuals learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and with others. My work focuses on helping others deepen their understanding of themselves by learning self-acceptance and embracing personal challenges in ways that build confidence and foster personal growth. Psychological evaluations, individual psychotherapy, and family/parent/school consultation are some of the services I provide. I'm passionate about helping others develop self-awareness that leads to sensitivity and compassion towards themselves and others, and helping individuals find and celebrate their strengths and uniqueness.
