Welcome! I am a dedicated marriage and family therapist committed to providing compassionate and effective mental health care for all. Using a trauma-informed and systemic approach, I guide youth, individuals, and families toward greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and overall well-being. My Background My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from Sacramento State University, where I discovered the healing power of the creative arts while teaching music to children in underserved areas. This inspired me to pursue a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from JFK University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including non-profit community-based organizations, schools, medical settings, and private practice. Motivated by these experiences, I completed a Doctorate in Marriage & Family Therapy with a specialization in child and adolescent therapy from National University in March 2024.
