Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Florida. I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and difficulty adjusting to major life transitions. I utilize a combination of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques to assist clients in recognizing how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect; in addition, resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation they need to change their behavior. I identify as a true believer and advocate for mental and emotional wellness, and work hard to support anyone with the desire to heal and improve their state of being.
