Welcome to Changes Therapeutic Services, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Trauma Specialist and a Licensed School Counselor. I am also the owner and CEO of Changes Therapeutics, LLC. My method of treatment with adults includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy approach and prayer. I help you to change your own self-identity and self-talk. I also work to help you challenge your thoughts, feelings, and core beliefs so that change may occur. Additionally, I am a certified Crisis Prevention Trainer. I am also trained in the areas of Christian Counseling, Special Education and Childhood Disorders. ​
