Introduction

Taking the first step in your healing journey requires courage, and I’m here to support you through every step. I specialize in treating trauma and attachment-based issues, both with individuals and couples. I take a whole-body approach that helps create and maintain lasting change through safety, connection, and attunement. I also have experience working with affair recovery with couples. I utilize and holistic experiential techniques that includes Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and other somatic interventions. These techniques help clients engage both their mind and body, offering deeper emotional healing. I am a certified Emotionally Focused Couples and Individual Therapist, as well as a Certified Hypnotherapist. I am EMDR trained. I truly believe it is an honor to walk alongside my clients throughout the healing process! You will never be alone in a vulnerable state in session. Healing begins at connection, so I strive for safe connection and attunement in sessions with clients.
