My mission is to help people struggling with anxiety feel empowered and understand that they can manage their anxiety so that they can live meaningful and fulfilling lives. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness ideas in my approach. I find that in learning and using skills from all three different approaches we can come at anxiety from three important and different angles so that it has less of a hold on our lives. There are great benefits in building greater and gentler self awareness that can lead us to face the hard things in life with more equanimity, and allow us to hold onto perspective of what’s most important to us in life, and how to access that.
