Introduction

You're struggling to understand what's wrong, and life feels out of control or meaningless. You tried therapy before but it left you feeling dry. Something still isn't working, and what motivated you before doesn't make sense the way that is used to. Accomplishing success ultimately brings its own problems, and now that you're here, you just can't seem to find the drive that you had before. It's like you're doing everything right, yet nothing is improving. You've read endless articles about mental health, sleep hygiene, and other topics, but still can't quite seem to find the change you're looking for. If the same old self-care and mental health advice isn't enough, there's a deeper problem that needs addressing. My therapeutic style goes there with courage, humility, and creativity. I use techniques from Internal Family Systems and somatic therapies, in a flexible existential and experiential paradigm. "Less Judgment, More Curiosity" is my motto, personally as well as professionally. I also specialize in providing psychotherapy for new therapists just getting started in the field. I work well with those involved with lifestyles like kink and ethical non-monogamy communities. I also work well with trans, gender-questioning, and LGBTQ+ folks.
