Introduction

Hi, I’m Dr. Lanecha—a licensed mental health therapist, coach, speaker, storyteller, and unapologetic 90s R&B lover. My passion lies in helping self-doubting millennial women reclaim their power, reunite with their true selves, and rewrite the narratives that have kept them stuck. As a wife, mother, and woman who has lived through the trials of disconnection, I know what it’s like to pour into everyone else while feeling like a stranger in your own life. I’ve navigated the waters of self-doubt, burnout, and the silent weight of putting myself last. But I didn’t stay thereI reclaimed myself, my story, and my impact. Now, it’s my mission to help millennial women do the same. I’m the creator of Iconic Reunion, a transformative program that guides ambitious yet self-doubting women through a journey of self-reunion. This program helps you go from feeling disconnected to stepping boldly into your story and impact. As a mental health therapist with over a decade of leadership experience, I bring strategy, empathy, and a touch of humor to everything I do. My work is a movement. A movement that empowers millennial women to reclaim their worth, own their stories, and make an impact that’s uniquely theirs. I work with women who feel like they’ve lost themselves along the way, ambitious women who have been hustling for their worth, questioning their abilities, and hiding from the light they know they carry. Women who want more than surface-level change. They’re ready to go deep, reunite with their truth, and rise into the remarkable icons they were always meant to be. Whether it’s through my coaching programs, podcast, or speaking engagements, I bring energy, authenticity, and a reunion-to-self vibe that leaves women inspired to step into their greatness. I believe that every woman has a story worth telling and a legacy worth building. So, if you’ve been searching for a way to reunite with yourself, own your story, and make your impact, know this: I’m here for you!
