A warmest hello to you. I am a doctor of Clinical Psychology. I also hold a Master of Science degree in General Psychology, and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a trained EMDR therapist as well. Struggling with emotional discomfort or mental illness are not signs of weakness and could happen to just about anyone. It may only mean that you tried far too long to handle and carry that burden on your own. Maybe you feel defeated, disappointed and discouraged. However, please keep in mind...
