Introduction

Welcome to MY-E, where mental health services focus on freeing you from painful past experiences and empowering you to take control of your future. As an Army Veteran, Mother, and Former Military Spouse, I understand the complications of life and relationships. I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and I specialize in trauma. At MY-E you will experience treatment interventions that are evidence-based to provide optimum outcomes. Interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) will help shift your worldview from a negative state to a positive outlook. Additionally, you will obtain healthy coping skills to help navigate through life's problems while increasing your self-esteem and gaining insight into your true identity and purpose in this world. Come and join the MY-E Family for a life changing experience that will leave you feeling FREE and empowered to live your life. We offer individual therapy and group therapy for adults and teens.
