I am a licensed Social Worker with over 25 years of experience. I enjoy working with couples, women, and families. My approach to counseling is working with the client(s) to design a plan unique to the individual(s) needs. I am committed to working with you and or your family to provide insight, identify patterns and explore a healthier way of seeing self, others and circumstances. I am trained in Brainspotting, trauma-informed cognitive behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
