The Path Wellness Center is designed for individuals who may feel lost or confused, unsure about what their future holds or who may have a strong desire to come back to Self, to reach within, quiet the mind, tend to the body, nourish the soul or repair and strengthen their relationships. We offer holistic psychotherapy and coaching, brainspotting and Reiki energy healing. Our team specializes in healing relationships, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic illness, women's hormonal health, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), identity and spiritual alignment. This is where you begin your journey, on the one and only path to enlightening the whole you. No one person’s story is the same as the next and no one path leads to all healing and order. Here you will find a variety of options to move forward with therapy and finding the support you need. Whether you are looking for a one time guide to start you on your journey of healing or an accountability partner to make sure you stay on your path, we can help.
