I am a licensed clinical psychologist who offers a strength and solution based approach to identify and treat issues that are a source of distress for my clients. I utilize evidence-based treatments in working with my clients to address areas of perceived weakness, identify strengths, reduce feelings of distress, and improve daily functioning. I strive to provide a framework whereby my clients feel validated, safe, and comfortable. I aspire to offer consistent compassion, comfort, empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard that is free of judgment or bias.
