Dr. Rogers has been an enthusiastic mental health professional for 20 years and has assisted children, adolescents, adults, and families in working together effectively to promote their mental, emotional, and social health and well-being. This is accomplished through evidence-based clinical work with clients as well as consultation, collaboration, and training with key stakeholders in their lives, and innovative work with administrative systems to enhance community engagement in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Dr. Rogers’ areas of specialty include helping communities move from a focus on transactional diversity to transformational inclusion, and working with clients who have experienced trauma, have emotional and behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, are marginalized, belong to historically underserved and underrepresented groups, and/or are limited by institutional barriers.
