I'm a licensed psychologist with specialized training in addressing common challenges of early childhood, including emotional dysregulation, refusal to "listen", specific fears, sleep problems, picky eating, and other behavioral issues. My approach focuses on addressing each child's unique needs while equipping parents with the tools to support their child’s progress at home and in the community. I earned my PhD from the University of Utah, completed an internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and pursued a postdoctoral residency at Albany Medical Center in Upstate New York. My training was highly specialized in childhood psychology, focusing on advanced assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns in children. This extensive training provided me with expertise in child-specific therapies, differential diagnosis, and interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate approach to treatment. I currently offer therapy and assessment services to children and caregivers living in Utah. My approaches are evidence-based and specifically designed to suit the unique features of childhood. Whether you're seeking help for your child's emotional, developmental, or behavioral challenges, or simply hoping to improve your relationship with your child, I'm here to help. Together, we can work toward meaningful progress and help your child bloom.
