Introduction

I am currently offering individual therapy for adults via telehealth. I help those who experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and uncertainty, among many other issues. No matter what kind of distress you are experiencing, seeking support can help you get back on your feet and thriving in ways you never thought possible. I believe therapy should be a warm and compassionate environment where you can share what is happening in your life without the fear of judgement. I help my clients to gain insight and understanding into their emotional lives & relationships. Please note: My approach to therapy is not appropriate for individuals experiencing chronic and/or currently ongoing suicidal thoughts or those with previous suicide attempts.
