I work alongside adults and teens, treating anxiety, depression, sleep problems, history of trauma, and/or coping with co-occurring medical conditions. My mission is to help people break free from self-limiting beliefs and patterns, so they can live with greater freedom and purpose. Many of us don’t recognize the ways we might be holding ourselves back—whether it’s through anxiety, our relationship with food, or beliefs we've internalized from others. Maybe you’ve noticed yourself repeating the same cycles, even after changing jobs or ending a difficult relationship. Despite your efforts, the feelings of anxiety and burnout persist. I feel passionate about helping clients make connections with the different parts of themselves and heal unhelpful patterns with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I integrate other approaches depending on clients’ needs, including EMDR and CBT. My goal is to help you build the skills and confidence to step into your authentic self.
