Introduction

Although I am licensed and trained to treat a variety of populations and disorders, my passion lies in treating women in the perinatal period of life. If you think motherhood is hard, you are not alone! You may find yourself grappling with feelings of guilt for not fully enjoying your experience as a mother. The truth is, you are probably holding yourself to unrealistic expectations. Add a lack of support and disrupted sleep, and you have a perfect storm. The good news is, you do not have to do this alone!
