Introduction

I am a Licensed Psychologist who has been working in the mental health field for 10+ years. I graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2013 and then graduated from William Paterson University with a Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology in 2016. After this, I went on to earn my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University in 2022. I completed an APA-accredited internship at Rutgers University Behavioral Healthcare in Newark, New Jersey where I had the opportunity to work with children, teens and families in a hospital and school setting. I have also worked with children, teens and young adults in outpatient, IOP, PHP, inpatient, foster care and community mental health settings. I provide individual therapy and family therapy related to concerns such as interpersonal difficulties, identity issues, emotion regulation, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. I also provide parent training and consultation. I have completed training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and I utilize Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic approaches in order to best meet the needs of the person I’m working with. While I reside in the beautiful state of New Jersey, I am licensed in New Jersey and New York while also having the ability to provide teletherapy services to the 40 U.S. states that participate in PSY PACT.
