Introduction

Hello and Welcome, I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing telehealth therapy for teens and adults across California. I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, eating disorder treatment, anxiety, and PTSD, as well as supporting clients with a wide range of other challenges. Whatever you're facing, my goal is to provide compassionate care that helps you move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Many people feel stuck in painful symptoms or limiting beliefs about themselves and the world. As a queer woman who has faced anxiety, I understand the challenges you may be experiencing. Whether you're seeking strategies to manage anxiety, heal from trauma, improve body image, or develop a healthier relationship with food, I’m here to support you in creating a life that aligns with your true self. I believe therapy should be something you look forward to—a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I value creativity, honesty, and positivity in therapy and will guide you with authenticity as we uncover what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll explore your values, build self-esteem, and foster insight using evidence-based and mindfulness-based practices. By focusing on what is most important to you, we can shift from symptom management to creating lasting, meaningful change that reflects your core values. I’ve found that when people connect with their values and build confidence in their abilities, they not only see lasting improvements in their symptoms but also experience deeper personal growth. In our work, I strive to help you step outside the limitations of your symptoms and into a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. My goal is to help you uncover your inner resilience, replace unhelpful patterns, and take steps toward a more joyful, inspired way of living. Rooted in cultural humility and social justice, my practice provides a safe, inclusive space where healing can take place. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey toward a more confident, connected, and empowered self. If this sounds like the right fit, please don't hesitate to book a free 15-minute consultation with me so we can get a better sense of your needs and interests. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
