Dr. Waltman specializes in Collaborative Therapeutic Neurocognitive Assessment (CTNA), supporting clients to explore various conditions like ADHD, Trauma, and Toxic Stress for improved human functioning. Dr. Waltman uses psychological testing and biomedical application of qEEG (Quantitative Electroencephalogram) in a traditional Indigenous storytelling approach. She also spends several days a week focused on leadership and ADHD coaching. Prior to devoting her career to behavioral health and wellness, Dr. Waltman was the Chief Operating Officer of a $ 3B financial company. Before that, she was the Executive Director of a children's non-profit in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Waltman also served as the Commissioner of Community Development for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, having been mentored in Traditional Indigenous Female Leadership with Chief Executive Marge Anderson.
