Introduction

As a clinical psychologist who has been practicing in the field for almost 15 years, I am dedicated to helping people shift their perspective and find greater meaning and purpose in their lives, while improving on skills to do so. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health centers, nursing homes, and state psychiatric hospitals. For the last eight years, I have had the honor of working with veterans and their families at the Manchester VA Medical Center. I have worked with variety of clients, including veterans, elders, people with serious and persistent mental illness, political refugees, and survivors of torture. I am passionate about working with anyone in pain who is ready to actively work on reducing their suffering. My practice centers around the idea of finding and maintaining balance, and my personal style is a balance between warmth and pragmatic “doing what works” with a fair amount of humor sprinkled in. If this sounds like a good fit, I look forward to working with you!
